To assist districts in supporting secondary, long-term English Learners (Intermediate, Early Advanced and Advanced English language proficiency levels), we have developed a Secondary Constructing Meaning: Explicit Language for Content Instruction. The Secondary CM Handbook offers 6 - 12 content teachers the process and tools to identify specific, content-driven language objectives and design instruction to address those objectives. Content specific modules for English/Language Arts, Science and History/Social Studies are added to Handbooks, as appropriate, to provide targeted resources.

To assist districts in supporting elementary English Learners, we have developed Elementary Constructing Meaning: Explicit Language for Literacy Instruction. The Elementary CM Handbook offers K-6 teachers the process and tools to identify specific, content-driven language objectives and design instruction to address those objectives.
These Handbooks are only available through a three-day Constructing Meaning Institute provided by a Certified Presenter.
